General Requirements
For Corporate Accounts
To open your account, the following documents are required:
- Completed Original, signed scanned Account Application form
- Personal Information Sheet
- Confirmation of Address - Complete address of registered agent’s office
- Copy of Utility Bill or telephone cell bill or taxes bill with address
- Notarized copy Subscriber’s appointment of the company’s Director/s and Officer/s
- Notarized clear copy of the photograph & signature page of the passport for each signatory, director, officer/member on the account
- Notarized copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
- Notarized copy of the Memorandum & or Articles of Corporation/Association or By-Laws (company documents)
- Letter of undertaking (applicable in the case of bearer shares—stating if the ownership of the shares changes, the bank will be informed in keeping with its obligation to recognize its clients)
- Certificate of Shareholders/subscribers
The Bank is required to receive the original signed account application, personal information for each named person, original reference letters and original notary signatures and stamps on the copies of passports and company documents (a copy of a notary stamp and signature is not acceptable). Once all documents are signed and completed, please keep a copy for your records and send the original scanned documents to us.
Upon receipt of the account opening documents, a confirmation will be sent via email.
